Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Reconciliation Lead in Fort Worth, TX to lead the reconciliation services team for FDS Amplicare customers. The role manages onboarding, reporting, and customer communications, with an emphasis on accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

The position is onsite Monday through Wednesday and work-from-home Thursday and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Compensation features a base hourly rate with non-negotiable terms and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in professional customer service environment.
• HIPAA knowledge and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and communication during onboarding.
• Inform customers of actions needed, including deposits and forms.
• Address issues such as claims disputes and customer inquiries.
• Oversee development and communication of customer reports.
• Coordinate with Onboarding to receive electronic 835 forms.
• Analyze reconciliation data and advise on accounting protocols.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and route calls appropriately.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when needed.
• Maintain case updates in NetSuite.
• Educate customers on reconciliation application via webinars.
• Prepare Unposted Claims Report quarterly for assigned stores.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and claims research.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
