Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coach staff and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship during onboarding and provide training.
• Communicate necessary actions, deposit verifications, and forms.
• Analyze reconciliation data and assist with accounting protocols.
• Maintain cases in NetSuite and educate customers via webinars.
