Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Reconciliation Lead to manage reconciliation services for FDS Amplicare customers. Role includes onboarding, communication, and reporting while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Onsite Monday–Wednesday with remote work Thursday and Friday.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in professional customer service.
• Ability to learn and apply SOPs and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding communications and customer relationship management.
• Provide and analyze reconciliation data and reports for customers.
• Coordinate with onboarding to receive electronic 835 forms.
• Maintain case updates in NetSuite and track issues.
