Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Bilingual Reconciliation Lead in Fort Worth, TX to lead reconciliation services for FDS Amplicare customers. You will manage onboarding, communications, and the customer relationship while ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.

The role requires professional working proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong Excel, Word, and Zoom skills. It is an in-office position Monday to Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday, and non-negotiable hours from 8 to 5.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish and English at a professional level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel for reporting.
• Ability to coach staff and customers on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and communication during onboarding and training.
• Communicate required actions and verify deposits and forms.
• Oversee development and communication of customer reports.
• Identify and resolve issues, including claims disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Update cases in NetSuite in a timely manner.
