Qualifications

• Background in real estate closings, title, escrow, or real estate paralegal work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Real estate or legal background a plus; 1031 exchange experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client transactions from initiation through completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
• Handle high volume of client communication via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain accurate transaction documentation and files.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant transaction processing.
• Respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.
