Job summary

Sjcchamber is seeking an experienced Senior Title Closer to join our team in Saint Augustine, Florida. This full-time, on-site role requires independent management of residential and/or commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior title company, title processing, real estate closing, and/or real estate law office experience.
• Prior experience in a similar Senior Title Closer, Closing Coordinator, and/or real estate closing role.
• Notary Public certification is required.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Prepare and review closing documentation and settlement statements.
• Clear title and closing requirements.
• Conduct and/or assist with closings, notarizations, and document execution.

St. Johns Title is seeking an experienced Senior Title Closer to join our growing team in St. Augustine, Florida.

This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced title professional who can independently manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Compensation

• $55,000 – $70,000 annually
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and overall closing experience

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Schedule flexibility may occasionally be required based on operational and closing needs

Travel between office locations, closing sites, and related business locations may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, vendors, and internal team members
• Prepare and review closing documentation and settlement statements
• in-office closings,
• remote closings,
• and mobile closings
• Clear title and closing requirements
• Order and follow up regarding:
• payoffs,
• surveys,
• HOA documentation,
• and additional required items
• Maintain organized and accurate closing files
• Conduct and/or assist with closings, notarizations, and document execution
• Assist with post-closing and funding coordination as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior title company, title processing, real estate closing, and/or real estate law office experience
• Prior experience in a similar Senior Title Closer, Closing Coordinator, and/or real estate closing role
• Notary Public certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong customer service and client communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SoftPro experience strongly preferred
• Title Agent License preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Dress Code

Professional business casual attire is expected during client-facing and closing activities.

On days focused primarily on internal office work with no anticipated visitors or closings, more casual attire may be permitted consistent with workplace expectations.

Occasional approved casual dress days may also be announced by management.
