Confidential Employer is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to manage residential and commercial transactions from contract to closing in Sebastian, FL. The role is primarily on-site with potential hybrid arrangements after establishing with the firm.

Candidates must be active Florida Bar members with 3+ years of transactional real estate experience, capable of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex documents and independently guiding transactions to successful closings.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of transactional real estate law experience.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently identify issues, solve problems, and manage transactions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Experience with title insurance, residential and commercial closings, or sophisticated real estate transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract preparation through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Identify and resolve title issues, contractual concerns, and other transactional challenges.
• Advise clients on real estate matters, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, processors, and closing teams.
• Provide responsive client communication and practical legal guidance throughout each transaction.
• Handle increasingly sophisticated real estate matters as your practice develops.
