Job summary

Hermanson Company in Kent, WA is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our finance team. This hybrid role supports the Purchasing Supervisor and Buyers, handling purchase orders, data entry in the ERP, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with purchasing/procurement or accounting helpful.
• Ability to learn ERP accounting software and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, file, and distribute purchase orders.
• Enter purchasing data into ERP with accuracy to avoid discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice entry errors.
• Assist in improving purchasing procedures and ensure procedures are followed.
• Research pricing and maintain commodity data.
• Organize product data and maintain pricing records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
