Job summary

WalkMe Ltd. is seeking a Senior Customer Business Executive for the Public Sector to own and grow strategic, existing government accounts.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, articulate a compelling value case, and drive adoption, renewal, and expansion across the organization. You’ll partner with WalkMe’s teams to design scalable adoption strategies, manage executive reviews, and position WalkMe as a core enabler of digital transformation in federal environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise SaaS account management, customer success, or strategic sales roles.
• Experience managing Federal/SLED accounts and familiarity with government buying cycles is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong capability to operate at executive and technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic customer accounts.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with WalkMe capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to embed WalkMe across enterprise systems and processes.
• Drive renewals and expansion through executive relationships and value realization.
