Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to blend technical leadership with strategic account engagement. You will coordinate across sales, field engineering and services to accelerate adoption of Databricks workloads within strategic customers.

You will guide post-sale delivery, align with executives, and ensure successful onboarding, enablement and production-ready deployments across multiple use cases. Hybrid role with travel up to 30% in a dynamic data platform environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data/AI domains.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to tie business value to deliverables.
• Strong technical credibility to engage with senior customer executives.
• Proven track record in end-to-end delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic use cases across multiple teams.
• Be the accountable technical lead for selected use cases and customers; drive onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and consumption.
• Serve as first contact for production/go-live issues; coordinate with PS and other experts to address gaps.
• Develop and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production; coordinate with Professional Services for delivery proposals.
• Engage with product/engineering teams for new features, previews, and upgrade needs.
• Create execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles and work streams.
