Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical programs, accelerate adoption, and drive value across strategic customers. You will partner with sales, field engineering, and services to orchestrate plans and strategies that ensure successful production workloads and healthy usage of the Databricks platform.

You will engage with executives, manage multi-team delivery, and guide customers through onboarding, enablement, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects/programs in Data/AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and business value attribution
• Technical program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win technical account strategy for major use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and use cases
• Own onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption of workloads
• Coordinate with PS resources for delivery of engagement proposals
• Develop execution plans across all customer-facing technical roles and teams
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership
