Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for Motorola ASTRO systems and LMR infrastructure.
• Drive incidents to resolution with triage, troubleshooting steps, and escalation as needed.
• Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Contribute to knowledge base by documenting solutions and creating new articles.
• Ensure security and performance metrics are met; collaborate across teams.
