HD Supply is seeking a Proposal and Bid Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of bids, coordinating with internal experts to craft competitive solutions. You will drive strategy, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery for multiple proposals.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and a proven track record in bids and proposals. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and remote Friday, located near a local facility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing complex RFPs from initiation to submission.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to track, report, and meet deadlines on multiple bids.

• Owns end-to-end proposal and bid lifecycle, ensuring timely, complete bids.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft competitive solutions.
• Lead strategy and planning meetings to clarify requirements and delegate tasks.
• Research and analyze information to build a compelling offering.
• Create KPI reports and contribute to team efficiency initiatives.
• Clarify quotes and proposal details as the main focal point.
• Prepare monthly reports on quotation activity and key metrics.
