Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist in Atlanta, GA to own the bid lifecycle from start to finish. You will work with internal stakeholders to craft competitive bids, manage timelines, and drive strategy with strong project management skills.

The role requires effective communication, reporting chops, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with 4 days in-office and Friday remote, within driving distance of a local facility.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in proposals or a related field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Loopio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end proposal and bid life cycle on-time.
• Collaborates with SMEs to create solutions and strategies to win bids.
• Lead strategy meetings and delegate tasks to meet timelines.
• Researches and derives insights to ensure competitive offerings.
• Produces monthly KPI reports and supports process improvements.
• Acts as focal point for questions on quotes and proposals.
• Prepares monthly reports on quotation activity and metrics.
