Job summary

GHD is seeking a Proposal Manager II to lead pursuit and proposal activities across the Americas. The role oversees development and implementation of pursuit plans and a strategy-driven win theme, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

This position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in office, and opportunities to collaborate with internal specialists, project managers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Five to seven years of experience leading the proposal process.
• Proficient in marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts for CRM clients across Americas.
• Drive proposal strategy discussions and kick-off meetings for large pursuits.
• Manage the proposal team (technical lead, coordinators, graphics).
• Collaborate on sections like Management, Personnel, and Executives Summaries.
• Oversee interview development and production from start to finish.
