Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing RFPs and designing proposals.
• Expert Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Creative Cloud proficiency.
• Strong page layout, typography, formatting, and data visualization.
• Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
• Ability to manage multiple tight deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• RFP & Proposal Management: Own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs and ensure 100% compliant, on-time submissions.
• Content Writing & Population: Write, edit, and populate compelling proposal narratives.
• Graphic Design & Layout: Design professional, visually stunning layouts adhering to brand guidelines.
• Content Library Management: Maintain boilerplate text, project case studies, resumes, and graphic assets.
• Marketing Support: Assist with collateral, website content, or graphics for presentations.
