Job summary

Winter Construction in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in a hybrid role to drive persuasive proposals from kickoff to submission. You will work with Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations, and Executive Leadership to position Winter for growth.

The role emphasizes strong writing and editing, attention to deadlines, and collaboration with architects, consultants, and joint venture partners; a bachelor's degree and 2–5 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or business development support.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the organization to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, and Canva.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP procurement processes, Adobe Creative Cloud, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQ and RFP responses from kickoff through submission, managing schedules, assignments, compliance checklists, and deadlines
• Write, edit, and format proposal narratives, executive summaries, project descriptions, and resumes in line with Winter’s brand standards
• Gather information and develop tailored messaging with internal teams, architects, consultants, and joint venture partners
• Support client interviews and shortlist presentations, track submissions, shortlists, and awards
• Maintain Winter’s library of proposal content, project sheets, resumes, photography, and marketing assets, and assist with award submissions and company communications
