Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead complex RFP/RFI responses from solicitation through archive.

You will own the plan, schedule, compliance, and quality; direct contributors across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Risk; and coordinate with Sales to deliver the best possible response. The role requires strong writing, editing and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure precise compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 7–10 years in proposal development.
• Strong writing, editing and reading comprehension skills.
• Excellent project and time management under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional contributors and communicate with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process from RFP receipt through submission and archive, owning plan, schedule, compliance, and final quality.
• Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and addenda to identify requirements, due dates and special requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to tailor content for clients and incumbent/new-business status.
• Direct SMEs to turn detailed information into accurate proposal language and oversee final quality review.
• Train and mentor Proposal Specialists and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
