Job summary

ABB E-mobility in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Proposal Engineer for a full-time, hybrid position. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals for DC charging solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and ABB E-mobility’s portfolio.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering and procurement to define scope, pricing and bid documentation, analyze tender packages, and drive timely internal approvals while maintaining complete records in relevant tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with proposal preparation and writing.
• Electrical engineering knowledge in power systems and DC charging.
• Sales support and understanding customer requirements.
• Procurement coordination and bid pricing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and proposal tools.
• English and French communication skills are advantageous.
