Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 10+ years business experience in related areas.
• Strong technical knowledge about medium voltage variable speed drives and applications; commercial astuteness.
• Travel readiness: 20-40% and ability to work in a hybrid/remote-capable environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Proposal Management for variable frequency drive system projects for End Users, EPCs, and Project OEM Customers.
• Review customer specifications, lead system dimensioning and product configurations, and specify equipment for sub-suppliers.
• Support contract reviews and T&Cs negotiations; interface with project execution and commissioning teams on schedules and services.
• Lead internal Project Risk Review for technical, financial, and commercial aspects of proposals.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Identify risks and opportunities from customer requirements and coordinate with Project Execution to mitigate them.
