Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, project management, or similar role.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear technical content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and proposal management software/tools.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality in proposals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for successful proposals.
• Familiarity with RFP and RFQ processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal process from request to submission.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Organize and write proposal content, compile resumes and materials.
• Edit and format proposals, ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Maintain centralized repository for proposals and content libraries.
• Evaluate and improve proposal development processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and quality assurance for submissions.
• Support marketing activities and create marketing collateral.
