Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator in Bloomington, MN, to manage end-to-end proposal development, ensure deadlines, and deliver high-quality bids for clients.

You will collaborate with technical teams, write and edit content, coordinate reviews, maintain proposal templates, and support marketing efforts while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of proposal coordination, project management, or similar experience.
• Strong multitasking and ability to manage multiple proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and proposal tools.

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end proposal process from request to submission.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather required content.
• Organize, write, and align proposal content with client requirements.
• Edit and format proposals, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

• Support process improvement and tool optimization for proposals.
