Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Specialist for its Bloomington, MN office. The role combines leadership in proposal coordination with marketing responsibilities to drive growth and ensure cohesive strategies across teams.

You will lead end-to-end proposal development, craft compelling content, and support marketing campaigns, analytics, and content creation. The position emphasizes collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and the marketing group to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
7+ years in proposal management, leadership roles, and high-stakes proposals in engineering or construction.
Proficiency in crafting technically accurate proposal content and marketing collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end proposal development with technical teams and stakeholders.
Create and organize compelling proposal content and win strategies aligned with client requirements.
Track proposal progress, coordinate formatting and presentation for submissions, and coach stakeholders on presentations.
