Qualifications

• 7+ years of proposal management experience in engineering or construction.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities in proposal teams.
• Experience crafting winning proposals and aligning content with client requirements.
• Marketing principles and content development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end proposal development with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate information gathering and content creation to ensure timely submissions.
• Lead and mentor proposal coordinators on large-scale pursuits.
• Improve proposal processes, tools, and templates for efficiency.
• Develop win strategies aligned with client requirements and competitive positioning.
• Review and edit proposal content for accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate proposal tracking, reporting, and final formatting for submission.
• Prepare presentations for shortlist interviews.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and marketing content.
• Maintain databases and track marketing metrics to support strategies.
• Facilitate cross-team communication within marketing and communications.
