Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
• Graphic design or graphic arts experience is a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and RFPs to determine pursuit opportunities.
• Develop proposal planners outlining required materials for submissions.
• Coordinate information to demonstrate firm experience on similar projects.
• Assemble, review, and deliver printed and digital proposal submissions.
• Coordinate final submittals delivery to clients.
• Assist graphics and visuals for proposals and presentations.
• Update internal databases and perform proposal closeout.
• Support development of print and digital marketing materials.
• Assist with implementing the firm's social media marketing program.
• Maintain the Business Development database (Unanet).
• Conduct client and market research to support SBUs.
• Collaborate with technical, BD, and other teams to meet deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
