• Ability to collaborate with Proposal Managers, subject matter experts, Sales/BD, leadership.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback and improve processes.
• This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the proposal email box and route communications.
• Review RFPs/RFIs for opportunity assessment and response planning.
• Create SharePoint folders and initial tracking documents.
• Develop proposal shells based on solicitation requirements.
• Coordinate schedules and contributors for timely deliverables.
• Coordinate vendor questions and procurement activities.
• Proofread and peer review proposal content for quality and compliance.
• Produce final Word and PDF files and maintain archives.
• Maintain boilerplate, résumés, templates, and repositories.
• Assist with FOIA requests and debriefs; support process improvements.
