Job summary

Geographic Solutions is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Writer in Palm Harbor, FL for a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week at the corporate office. You will coordinate proposal activities, draft responses, and manage content across opportunities with state, regional, and local government clients.

As you gain experience, you will draft content, support RFIs and open records requests, and help improve proposal processes and tools within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• At least one year of professional writing, technical writing, proposal coordination or related experience preferred.
• Prior software/government proposal experience preferred but not required for strong writers.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities and maintain proposal processes.
• Draft proposal sections using boilerplate and SME inputs.
• Analyze solicitation requirements to develop compliant content.
• Develop persuasive proposal narratives with clear solutions.
• Support proposal strategy, kickoff, and reviews.
• Prepare final Word and PDF files and manage revisions.
• Maintain boilerplate, templates, and proposal repository.
• Assist with Open Records/FOIA requests and debriefs.
