LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consulting firm in Portland to hire a Project & Operations Coordinator. This role supports energy efficiency and sustainability projects, helping teams stay on track and improving processes.

Hybrid work environment with 2-3 days onsite, direct exposure to leadership, and strong growth potential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in MS Office, project tools, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Support multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Track invoices, contracts, and project reporting.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and project trackers.
• Conduct research, compile findings, and prepare reports.
• Schedule meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Build and improve workflows, processes, and operational systems.
• Support client-facing presentations, proposals, and communications.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and operational initiatives.
