Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in operations, HR, office management, or related function.
• Two+ years of direct employee supervision or team-leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, employee records, performance management, HR administration.
• Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of California employment practices and employee-record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations support team (reception, admin, systems/IT, HR support).
• Manage day-to-day office operations, policies, workflows, and approvals.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and open requests with deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and expense oversight.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and HR records.
• Partner with leaders to identify staffing, training and growth needs.
