Job summary

RES seeks an Associate Project Manager – Services to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple utility-scale renewable energy facilities with a focus on energy storage. You will lead site managers, coordinate field activities, ensure safe, reliable operations, and drive performance across assets.

The role requires handling budgetary, contractual, and strategic issues while managing daily execution; hybrid work model with at least 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 1+ years Power or Renewables Project experience.
• Experience with utility scale facility management.
• Field Electrical experience is a plus.
• Experience with Energy Storage is a plus.
• Strong data skills with MS SQL/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets (energy storage focus; wind/solar okay).
• Build relationships with owners and stakeholders to meet performance metrics.
• Oversee maintenance plans and coordinate with facility operators for compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault analysis of equipment.
