ERock, a leader in distributed energy, seeks a Project Coordinator to ensure day-to-day project tasks run smoothly while the Project Manager focuses on strategic issues. You will coordinate a diverse project portfolio in a hybrid role based at our downtown Houston, TX headquarters, reporting to the Project Coordinator Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role
• Minimum 1 years technical field experience; energy & technology
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to drive buy-in among leaders to enable transformation and priorities while building rapport
• Willingness to travel for field work

Responsibilities

• Management of schedule activities and deliverables through all project phases
• Coordination of contractor registration and permitting activities
• Gas and Electrical utility coordination with diverse organizations
• Evaluate potential problems and work with PM to develop solutions
• Procurement collaboration for materials & subcontractor quotes and purchase orders
• Issuance and management of document transmittals and related queries
• Maintain project paperwork and ensure materials are current and stored
• Communicate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
• Compile final project records for closeout
