Job summary

Elevateenergy is seeking a Full Time Associate in Portland, OR to support the Workforce and Contractor Development portfolio. The role helps increase participation in the clean energy economy and supports marginalized communities by coordinating programs and events.

The position is hybrid in the Portland Metro Region with travel up to 30%. Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with health benefits, a 401(k) plan, professional development, generous PTO, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of community building, outreach, small business development, or related experience OR related certificate/degree.
• Minimum one year in clean energy or energy efficiency OR related certificate/degree.
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing historically marginalized communities.
• Able to adapt plans when barriers arise and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Elevate’s Vision, Mission, and Values to stakeholders at events.
• Attend in-person and virtual events related to Workforce and Contractor Development.
• Recruit participants for enrollment in programming.
• Assist applicants with program paperwork and requirements.
• Review applicant information and connect participants to Elevate programs or community resources.
• Track participant progress and provide ongoing support.
