Assistant Program Manager – Futura Energy Group
This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional travel to project sites to support the execution of complex infrastructure and energy programs.
Base Pay Range
$105,000 – $130,000 per year, plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update program schedules, trackers, and documentation libraries.
- Support development and tracking of program roadmaps and deliverables.
- Coordinate interdependencies across project streams (site development, power, cooling, and technology integration).
- Prepare weekly updates, status reports, and dashboards for Program Manager oversight.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with compliance tracking, audit prep, and quality standards adherence.
- Support technology integration, platform testing, and operational handoff preparation.
- Participate in lessons learned workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, IT, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative, or analyst roles.
- Exposure to construction, energy, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Basic understanding of energy or infrastructure systems; familiarity with data center environments is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Interest in pursuing PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications.
- Hybrid role with remote flexibility and occasional client meetings.
- ~15–20% travel for technology implementations, vendor meetings, and client engagements.
- Fast‑paced environment requiring adaptability, occasional evening/weekend work, and on‑call availability for critical issues.
