Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead tenant improvements and open-store remodels, from planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Job Description
  • Manage tenant improvement and open-store remodel projects from initial planning through successful completion.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Previous experience with tenant improvement (TI) and/or open-store remodel projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow into broader project leadership responsibilities.
