Job Description
* Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule performance.
* Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and project buyout activities.
* Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost-control strategies.
* Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and field teams to drive successful outcomes.
* Mentor junior team members while contributing to business development and future project opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
* 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Experience delivering healthcare, warehouse, industrial, mission-critical, K-12, or higher education projects.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative, proactive, and career-driven professional with a track record of successful project delivery.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus
