Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial construction projects up to $20M+. You will manage from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule performance.

Responsibilities include lead subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations, develop budgets and forecasts, and build strong relationships with clients, architects and field teams. A 9+ year track record in project management and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience delivering healthcare, warehouse, industrial, mission-critical, K-12, or higher education projects.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and career-driven professional with a track record of successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus

* 10% annual bonus, $875/month vehicle allowance, and relocation assistance available.
