Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion in the Cincinnati area. You will manage budgets, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure timelines are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

The successful applicant will lead project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, monitor progress, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
  • Estimating and pre-construction experience is essential.
  • Experience delivering projects across Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Restaurant/Hospitality, Office, and Education.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
