Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager.
  • Hospitality commercial construction experience preferred.
  • Understanding of project management processes, budgeting, and scheduling principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
