Job summary

MPI is seeking an entry to mid-level Project Coordinator in Chicago to support a growing commercial construction firm working across healthcare, retail, office, and education sectors. The role emphasizes mentorship and professional growth within a team-focused environment.

The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, tracking RFIs and submittals, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, attending meetings, and helping with budget tracking and closeout

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of construction experience.
  • Internship experience considered.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
