Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager II for a full-time hybrid role based in Plano, TX. The position oversees the launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to achieve revenue targets and high customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Segra and customers through all project phases, coordinating work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting within the Network Engineering Program Management Office to ensure timely execution and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of PM experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Act as liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Provide work intake coordination, vendor/PO processing, and reporting support as needed.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and communicate across involved teams.
