Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in project management, executive support, administrative operations, or related area.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creates a project plan, monitors progress, and identifies risks and issues.
• Manages outside contractors to ensure integrated delivery and satisfactory service.
• Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and collaborates to meet targets and milestones.
• Estimates costs, resources, and time, and tracks changes and resources as needed.
• Prepares regular reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
