The Project Manager provides project coordination and administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Chancellor’s Office, helping advance high-priority institutional initiatives and executive priorities. This position coordinates projects from planning through completion, develops timelines and tracks deliverables, monitors decisions and follow-up actions, and helps ensure effective communication and accountability across university leaders, governance groups, community partners, and other stakeholders. This position also provides high-level administrative and event support, including preparing agendas, presentations, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials; coordinating schedules and meetings; and maintaining organized project and institutional records. The Project Manager coordinates CALCIA advisory Board meetings, communications, materials, events, and logistics and supports Executive Council, University Cabinet, strategic-plan initiatives, executive searches, major university events, and special assignments. The position regularly works with sensitive and confidential information and exercises discretion in handling institutional matters.
