Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong working knowledge of human resources laws, principles, and practices
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with an HRIS database and applicant tracking system

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages unit operational functions and/or staff
• Identifies, proposes, implements, and interprets employment policies and practices for stakeholders
• Monitors programs and practices to ensure compliance with human resources laws and policies
• Serves as subject matter expert to support unit managers' alignment of business needs and HR strategy
• Identifies, designs, implements, and monitors HR training programs aligned with strategic objectives
