Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
• Prefer business majors; all majors welcome to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read/interpret English safety and operating docs; write professionally in English.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Planner, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Visio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transition Project Managers with core PM tasks, including WIP reports, labor and material budgeting.
• Identify, document, and validate clients’ facility equipment and services; build process workflows.
• Develop and deliver training presentations; manage electronic records and prepare cross-functional presentations.
• Engage in data analysis of labor, costs, progress, and use project software; read contracts and monitor KPIs.
