Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program from an accredited college or technical trade school.
• Preference for a business degree; all majors welcome.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and write in English; professional writing skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficient with Planner, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Visio; Pivot Tables in Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transition Project Managers with core project management tasks such as WIP reports.
• Support labor and material cost projections and budgeting activities.
• Identify, validate, and document clients' facility equipment and services.
• Build process workflows and deliver training presentations.
• Handle electronic document/record management and project data.
• Participate in budgeting, invoicing, and KPI/data reporting activities.
