Job summary

Apex Order Pickup Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team onsite at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. The role focuses on supporting the technical aspects of project implementation and ongoing software/hardware support for our client base.

You will handle full life cycle project implementation, remote support for new equipment installations, and plan training sessions to promote skill transfer. Travel will be minimal, and bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical aspects of project implementation and provide ongoing software/hardware support for clients.
• Full life cycle project implementation.
• Provide remote support for new equipment installations.
• Plan and host web-based software training sessions with end users to educate and promote skill transfer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes/standards/testing requirements through various training methods including classroom, hands-on, and site visits (travel <5%).

Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team onsite at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio .This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer support specialist with strongtechnical, diagnostic, project coordination, and communications skills.

What you will do:

• You will work in an upbeat, professional team environment supporting the technical aspects of project implementation and providing ongoing software/hardware support for our client base.
• Full life cycle project implementation.
• Provide remote support for new equipment installations.
• Plan and host web-based software training sessions with end users to educate and promote skill transfer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes/standards/testing requirements through a variety of training methods including classroom, hands-on, and site visits (travel will be less than 5%).
• Product Testing and Device Testing for internal purposes.

What you will bring:

• Strong customer service "heart" and the confidence and professionalism to interface with our industrial client base at many organizational levels.
• Strong documentation skills required as well as timely follow-up is a necessity for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, backed up by strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
• Driven by individual results but not at the detriment of the team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to earn the client's trust and confidence with and without face-to-face contact.
• Multi-tasking superstar who thrives on variety and meeting seemingly impossible challenges.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Associates degree or relevant work experience related to computer/device support, electrical/mechanical equipment is a plus, but it is not required .
• Willingness to train and work in a hands-on environment.

• Hybrid work schedule, we work together in the office Tuesday- Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely Monday and Friday (as schedules permit).

Salary Range: $. 48,000.00 - 60,000.00. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
