Responsibilities

• Act as direct and single point of contact with customers for retrofit options and lifecycle services.
• Provide technical consultation to optimize the customer buying experience.
• Define scope, cost, and delivery of requests.
• Create formal quotes with scope, materials, parts and prices.
• Secure business with PO verification and acknowledgment.
• Coordinate project execution including logistics and technical info.
• Monitor and manage jobs beyond original scope (cost, quality, delivery).
• Adjust schedules and financials per project needs.
• Collaborate with customers and resources for swift issue resolution.
• Coordinate aftermarket solutions activities and logistics for project success.
• Perform ongoing project reviews to ensure alignment of proposal, PO, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project records and communications.
• Mediate customer disputes regarding price/quality/delivery.
• Utilize enterprise systems to coordinate sale and logistics.
