Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate project scope, timing, and requirements to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Track progress and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Coordinate measure technicians and manage purchase orders across Smartsheet.
• Ensure timely client payments and vendor/subcontractor payments.
