Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and remediation across acquired sites and multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, schedules, and status reports.
• Track findings, dependencies, risks, remediation actions, and owners to completion.
• Coordinate discovery activities and translate remediation requirements to actions.
• Schedule and facilitate sessions and meetings, documenting decisions and actions.
• Identify blockers and escalate decisions as needed.
• Provide concise progress updates across sites with risks and next steps.
