The role supports site assessments, remediation alignment with security standards, and multi-team coordination across security, technology, and operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous PM documentation skills to drive progress and accountability across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational focus with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules, or similar PM docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear decisions and actions.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools.
• Creates structure from ambiguity and drives follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across acquired business sites.
• Manage cross-functional activities involving technical, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, and status updates.
• Track activities, findings, decisions, dependencies, risks, and remediation actions through completion.
• Establish clear owners and target dates for actions and follow up to drive accountability.
• Coordinate discovery to understand current-state security compliance at sites.
• Schedule and facilitate working sessions and status meetings.
• Document decisions, action items, owners, and next steps with timely follow-through.
• Work with technical teams to translate remediation requirements into trackable tasks.
