Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator to support security assessment and remediation initiatives across newly acquired locations. You will partner with security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams to evaluate environments and coordinate remediation efforts that align with enterprise security standards.

This contract role in Wayzata, MN is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a 7-month term.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and logs.
• Experience facilitating meetings and documenting decisions and action items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across acquired locations.
• Partner with security, technology, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to support project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, remediation logs, and status reports.
• Track project findings, risks, dependencies, decisions, and remediation efforts through completion.
• Establish clear ownership and target dates for action items and provide ongoing follow-up to drive accountability.
